3. Eel (& Fin) fin type: This type features eel-shaped fins cut directly from the surface of a flat, multi-pass pipe, which is then assembled into a condenser, as shown in the figure. Because the fins and pipes are integrally formed, there is no contact thermal resistance, resulting in excellent heat dissipation. Furthermore, complex welding between the pipes and fins is unnecessary, resulting in excellent workability, material savings, and exceptional vibration resistance. This makes it a leading automotive air conditioning condenser.
4. Parallel Flow Condenser:
This is a new type of condenser designed specifically for R134a, featuring a tube-and-belt structure. It consists of a cylindrical throttle tube, aluminum internal fins, corrugated fins, and connecting pipes.Features: Its heat dissipation performance is 30%-40% higher than that of the tube-and-belt structure, flow resistance is reduced by 25%-33%, and internal volume is reduced by approximately 20%, significantly improving heat exchange performance.
